Purpose of the app
Debt Navigator is a personal organization and planning tool. It helps you record information you provide, explore payoff approaches, and track progress.
Not financial advice
Debt Navigator does not provide financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment advice. Calculations and projections are estimates based on information you enter and may not reflect lender practices, fees, changing rates, or your complete financial situation. You are responsible for your financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the app and for maintaining access to and backups of your device. Debt Navigator does not connect to financial institutions or verify balances, rates, payment terms, or account details.
License and acceptable use
Apps By Jackie grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Debt Navigator in accordance with these terms and applicable App Store rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
One-time purchase
Some features require a one-time in-app purchase. The purchase is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple’s payment, family-sharing, refund, and restoration policies. Apps By Jackie does not process payments or control App Store refunds.
Availability and changes
The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features may evolve over time. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the app functional, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Debt Navigator is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Apps By Jackie is not responsible for decisions, payments, penalties, interest, credit effects, or other outcomes arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apps By Jackie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, savings, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Apple terms
Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the applicable App Store terms control.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
